👋 Hi there

Typing SVG

I'm a physician-scientist and AI-native builder — a gastrointestinal surgeon and bioinformatician at the Department of General Surgery, Zhujiang Hospital, Southern Medical University. My clinical and cancer-genomics background is the moat; what I build on top of it is what defines me: turning AI tools into reusable research workflows, standardized agent skills, and trustworthy productivity systems for science.

I don't just use AI — I architect it into systems. My work lives at the intersection of three rings: AI Agent Infrastructure (standardized Agent Skills, agent-workflow pipelines), Biomedical Research Tools (R packages, transcriptome classifiers, LaTeX templates for precision medicine), and Research & Productivity Platforms (community platforms, automation tools, contribution-provenance layers). The common thread: spot real friction in a research workflow, then ship a tool that makes the whole thing simpler, more verifiable, and more beautiful.

I am also an active blogger at blognas.hwb0307.com, where I share knowledge at the intersection of technology and biomedical research. My blog covers:

  • Technical Tutorials: Linux fundamentals, Docker containerization, NAS setup, and self-hosted services
  • AI & Programming: AI tools evaluation, LLM applications, and development environment configurations
  • Biomedical Research: Frontier updates in cancer genomics, literature reviews, and academic discussions
  • Practical Tools: WordPress optimization, image hosting, RSS aggregation, and automation workflows

Here are a few core principles I live by:

  • Learn for beauty — Pursue elegance and keep a love for knowledge; beauty is the compass that keeps me moving on the path of science.
  • Ship, then refine — I'd rather get a rough prototype running today than chase a perfect plan. When something works, I distill it into a reusable skill or system so the next round starts from higher ground.
  • Grow by sharing — I aspire to be a dedicated knowledge bearer: what I learn, internalize, and share should benefit others. I keep an open, friendly door for everyone, familiar or new — that connection is my greatest fortune.
