Summary

• Expanded the CPS scope selector documentation from a basic "This project / All projects" description to cover the full project picker UX, including per-project toggles, context menu actions, tag filters, and filter management
• Added stored scope concept (dashboards, anomaly jobs, transforms) as distinct from session scope, with a new subsection explaining the difference
• Documented the tag filter workflow: adding, editing, inverting, disabling, and removing filters, plus quick-filter from project tag badges
