Restructures the install section across all five languages (EN + FR/ES/DE/IT) to put the folder-per-athlete story first.

What changed

  • Section heading → "Install once — then it's one folder per athlete"
  • Header block leads with the core gesture (mkdir && cd && claude) and "that folder is the athlete"
  • One-time setup (MCP → skills → restart) separated from everyday use
  • Usage step 1 now cds into the athlete's folder
  • Claude Desktop / PERFORMANCE_AGENT_HOME note moved to a discreet blockquote
  • Fixed the stale MCP tool count (93 → 102) in the four translations

The deeper "Working today" paragraph drift in the translations (older feature list, 1270 tests) is out of scope here and left for a follow-up resync.

🤖 Generated with Claude Code

Restructure the install section across all five languages: a
folder-per-athlete header block first (make a folder, cd in, launch
claude), then a clearly separated one-time setup. Update the usage
step to cd into the athlete folder, and fix the stale MCP tool count
(93 -> 102) in the four translations.
