The FR/ES/DE/IT How it works sections had drifted to an older, shorter feature list. This brings them in line with the current English README.

What changed (× 4 languages)

  • "Working today" paragraph rewritten to match the current English: adds the sport-agnostic PerformanceModel + gap analysis, dated test battery, exercise ontology & scored selection, high-resolution data ingestion, load-velocity profiling, fitted per-athlete Banister model, individual taper response, multi-year macrocycle planning, training-residuals guard, and the fuller memory/import descriptions.
  • Roadmap updated to the current one (environment & fine peaking; Monte Carlo on the fitted Banister model).
  • Mermaid skills node now lists the 10 current skills (adds deep research and session-day).
  • Counts corrected: 93 → 102 MCP tools, 1270 → 1397 tests, twelve → fifteen coaching skills.

Follows #33 (which had already fixed the install-section tool count).

The FR/ES/DE/IT "How it works" sections had drifted to an older, shorter
feature list. Bring the "Working today" paragraph, the roadmap, the skills
node in the mermaid diagram, the MCP tool count (93 -> 102), the test count
(1270 -> 1397) and the coaching-skills count (twelve -> fifteen) in line with
the current English README.
