The FR/ES/DE/IT "How it works" sections had drifted to an older, shorter feature list. Bring the "Working today" paragraph, the roadmap, the skills node in the mermaid diagram, the MCP tool count (93 -> 102), the test count (1270 -> 1397) and the coaching-skills count (twelve -> fifteen) in line with the current English README.
