feat(models): move the default LLM to Qwen3.5 0.8B

Two superseded models were registered here: LFM2 350M Q8_0 as the default, and SmolLM2 360M Q8_0 as the smaller alternative.

The default is now Qwen3.5 0.8B Q4_K_M, and the smaller alternative is LFM2.5 230M Q4_K_M, which is the current generation of the same Liquid AI family.

Memory figures come from the real assets rather than round numbers.

LFM2.5-VL-3B, Whisper and Piper are untouched. All four Hugging Face URLs in this file resolve, checked with HEAD requests.
