Remove the last CVC-DBG / platoon-sim / grl_snam_dbg mentions from the public repo: - example scene-bundle fallback paths -> neutral ~/scenes/austin_south (set via GRL_SNAM_SCENE_BUNDLE); no org-revealing filesystem path. - NOTICE + demo comments: 'CVC-DBG austin_south' -> generic 'austin_south OSM/SRTM'. - README install note, package __init__, pypi roadmap: name a generic 'downstream extension' instead of the private project. Geometry provenance (OSM/SRTM) kept.
