Rewrite the Russian YDB Monitoring reference to match the current Embedded UI: cluster/database/node routes, Databases tabs, Database workspaces, overview metrics, and accurate Network usage semantics. Preserve legacy anchors used by other docs. Co-authored-by: Maksim Zinal <zinal@ydb.tech>
Rework the monitoring docs change to minimize stylistic edits: restore the original intro and unchanged section phrasing, and keep only updates required for the current Embedded UI. Co-authored-by: Maksim Zinal <zinal@ydb.tech>
