docs: fix broken License and Release Changes links in View Documentation - #69

The in-app "View Documentation" page (engine html/index.html) links to
../license.txt ("License") and ../history.txt ("Release Changes") at the
bundle root, but the generated docs bundle only shipped html/, templates/
and license/, so both links 404. Add the two engine root files to the
bundle root.

Ship the two changes sitting on master since vc80: the doc-index license.txt and history.txt bundling (#69) and the dropped Java .class parser credit (#70). Engine stays at 3.49.14, so the versionName prefix is unchanged and Android.mk is untouched.
