fix(sbom): drop +build metadata from CPE and PURL - #24

OpenSSL BUILD_METADATA (and PEP 440 local versions) produce strings like 3.5.4+wolfProvider-nonfips. A raw + is not legal in CPE 2.3 and does not match an upstream git tag. Keep the full string in version / versionInfo; use the upstream X.Y.Z for identifiers. Signed-off-by: Sameeh Jubran <sameeh@wolfssl.com>
