Store per-test output sha256 hashes (schema: {"file", "hashes"}) used by the toolkit's tests/integration_hashes.py golden-hash check. All 32 tests are blessed and verified bit-identical across macOS (arm64/libc++), Linux (x86-64/libstdc++) and Windows (MSVC /fp:strict) with a -DWMTK_FP_STRICT=ON build.
