I'm a research scientist at Flexcompute, working on physics modeling using simulation.
Before that I did my PhD in applied physics at Stanford (Shanhui Fan's group, 2019), working on computational techniques for gradient-based design and optimization, optical analog machine learning hardware, and laser-driven particle accelerators on a chip. Some of that work lives on in ceviche, an open-source differentiable electromagnetic simulator.
