Summary
Fixes two CI failures introduced when
docs/became a private shim in #155:docs/package.jsonfromassetsand dropspublishCmdfor@theholocron/node-template-site— the docs package is nowprivate: trueand should not be published to npmcatalog:configsfrom^7.8.1→^7.19.1, resolving all@theholocron/*config packages to 7.19.1;@theholocron/tsconfig@7.17.0(the previously-pinned version) has no./astroexport — 7.19.1 adds it, which is required bydocs/tsconfig.json
