Publishes the substrate exports merged in #379 and #380, which are unpublished as of 0.76.0.

What

  • Bump version 0.76.0 → 0.77.0 (npm-only package; no Python trio).
  • Refresh the generated docs/api/primitive-catalog.md version stamp (pnpm run docs:api).
  • Bump the **Version** header in docs/canonical-api.md to keep the freshness gate green.

Why

Verification

  • pnpm run docs:check green (version pin present + accurate, 3 substrate peers accurate).
  • Catalog regen produces only the version-stamp delta; inProcessSandboxClient is present in the catalog, no spurious symbols.
  • Branch merges cleanly into origin/main.

…ransport seam

Publish the merged #379 (inProcessSandboxClient) and #380 (injectable
completion transport on the worker seam) substrate exports. Bump version
0.76.0 -> 0.77.0 and refresh the generated primitive-catalog version stamp.
