The original avatar SVGs lived under swift-institute.org/avatars/ and were lost with the website repository's pre-recovery history. This reconstruction was measured from the live org avatar and verified pixel-faithful (interiors within 5/255 per channel; residual is edge antialiasing). avatar-1024.png is the uploader export. Tracked by swift-institute/.github#259.

Adds
brand/avatar.svg(reconstructed vector source of this org's avatar),brand/avatar-1024.png(uploader export), and a brand README with the palette and provenance. The original SVG sources lived under
swift-institute.org/avatars/and were lost with the website repository's pre-recovery history; no copy survives in any of the 670 repositories across the 17 ecosystem orgs, on the live site, or in the Internet Archive. This reconstruction was measured from the live org avatar and verified pixel-faithful (interiors within 5/255 per channel; residual differences are bar-edge antialiasing only).Recovery and the wider avatar programme: swift-institute/.github#259.
