Part of #212. Clears the runtime instance of Dependabot alert 20 (GHSA-cq8v-f236-94qc, rand unsound with a custom logger). rand 0.8.x is pulled via lipsum ← typst;
cargo checkpasses locally. The remaining rand 0.7.3 in the tree is a build-only dep (phf_generator inside tauri-utils codegen) with no upstream fix path — never ships in the binary.
