Addes Musicbrainz Releases, which Lidarr isn't able to add by itself!

You need to add /custom-services.d and /custom-cont-init.d to your container.
docker run example:
-v /path/to/folderwithERA:/custom-services.d
-v /path/to/folderwithERASetup:/custom-cont-init.d
!Don't map the files to the same folder!
