Adds a scheduled GitHub Actions workflow to run Socket “full application reachability” scanning for the repo, aiming to surface Tier 1 (code-aware) reachability where possible and emit a workflow warning when the scan falls back to Tier 2 results.
Changes:
- Introduces a new
socket-scan.ymlworkflow with weekly schedule + manual dispatch. - Installs Socket CLI and runs
socket scan create --reachwith “continue-on-*” flags and a Tier-2-fallback warning detector.
