The clippy, run-tests and coverage jobs used dtolnay/rust-toolchain's floating `stable`. Current stable fails to build cairo-vm 1.0.0-rc4, which calls `num_integer::Integer::is_multiple_of(&self, &other)` — the inherent `uint::is_multiple_of` stabilized in Rust 1.87 now shadows it and rejects the borrowed argument, so the workspace no longer compiles. Pin the same toolchain the workspace was written against; verified locally that `scripts/clippy.sh` and `cargo test` pass on 1.79.0. Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 5 (1M context) <noreply@anthropic.com>
