docs(release): finalize v1.1 operator reproduction

• finalize the v1.1 operator reproduction release notes
• record clean Windows and Linux verification evidence
• mark the package identity mismatch as a v1.2 blocker
• keep the five-demo artifact contract unchanged

Validation

• python -m pytest tests/test_reviewer_docs.py (20 passed)
• python scripts/check_release_contract.py (23 committed artifacts matched, 6 visual smoke checks, 3 schema tests passed, 182 full tests passed)
• clean Windows clone gate passed on Python 3.14.3
• clean Linux clone gate passed on Python 3.12.3
• normalized hashes matched for all 30 tracked artifact paths
