### Breaking Changes

- **`SPLTextField`** (`hostedfields`) — **CARD** and **CVV** require non-null `sdk`; display follows `Spreedly.hostedCardDisplayState`. Removed composable parameters that duplicated SDK display state (`observeHostedCardDisplayState`, `hostedCardDisplayState`, `cardNumberFormat`, `cvvDisplayMasked`). Recompile consumers and pass `sdk` on every CARD/CVV field.
