A lot of comments, sorry - I hope they're useful. General theme is "lose a lot of detail, don't dwell on the past, and stop trying to get users to read SIPs" grin

Thanks for the thorough review @itowlson ! I pushed 3 commits to make it easier to reason about the changes "p3 and sdks", "build profiles", and "dependencies" (or atleast i hope it makes it easier 😆 ) |
