Operators and Arguments
Brought the Operators and Arguments table in line with Valid Operators By Data Type by documenting operators that were listed per data type but missing from the operator reference.

Added operators and argument formats:

not_in — array of field values (same as in)
not_in_last / not_in_next — [int, 'HOUR' | 'DAY' | 'WEEK' | 'MONTH' | 'YEAR']
in_calendar_year — [int] calendar offset (e.g. 0 = this year)
name_is — [string] exact entity display name
