Callout interiors render through the markdown post-processor, but it skipped anything inside the CodeMirror editor, so markers there were rendered by neither pipeline. Scope it by node type instead: process rendered content and skip only the raw editable surface (.cm-line). Bump version to 0.7.1. Relates: #5
