An air-gapped retrieval system built inside a DRDO (DLRL) environment. No external APIs, no cloud inference, no online dependencies. Everything — models, embeddings, and retrieval — runs locally.
The system only has one rule: if it cannot work in isolation, it does not work at all.
That constraint shaped how I think about engineering — reliability under restriction matters more than flexibility in ideal setups.
