Adds the Reserve Magnificent 7 DTF on Base (0xcef8...c781) to the Index DTF catalog:

• index-dtf/base.json entry — createdAt taken from the contract creation block (49541707, Aug 4 2026), tagged RWA
• images/mag7.svg + logos.json entry (added manually since the brand is still hidden in folio-manager, so sync-logos skips it)
• regenerated base.tokenlist.json
• changeset (patch)

The DTF is not publicly launched yet. register and reserve-api are pinned to catalog 0.1.3, so this release won't surface MAG7 anywhere until we bump the dependency deliberately at launch. Remember to unhide the folio-manager brand when that happens.
