Update the qcom_ubwc_cfg_data structure to match the upstream implementation. Add UBWC_3_1 = 0x31 to the ubwc_version enum and introduce a new flags member in qcom_ubwc_cfg_data. Remove the obsolete ubwc_dec_version, ubwc_swizzle, ubwc_bank_spread, and macrotile_mode members. Signed-off-by: Nagesh Jamakhandi <njamakha@qti.qualcomm.com>
