External FV review flagged the blanket 'formally verified flight software /
cFS port' as overstated. Reality: Kani (bounded model checking) on the
flight-critical crates + Lean-proven SE(3) Lyapunov — specific properties,
not the whole stack. Align the headline + cFS-DNA to the honest framing
PX4-DNA already uses ('verifiable' / named proofs).

Post-external-FV-review honesty fix. relay's real proofs are Kani (bounded model checking) on the flight-critical crates + Lean-proven SE(3) Lyapunov — specific properties, not the whole stack. Scopes the headline + cFS-DNA to that, matching the honest 'verifiable' framing PX4-DNA already uses. README-only.
