Summary of changes
Renames the eightPod.md files to lowercase eightpod.md (for both the bidder and analytics adapter) to match the registered adapter codes, and refreshes the content:
Bidder doc (dev-docs/bidders/eightpod.md): adds Privacy Regulation Support section (GDPR/TCF, USP, GPP, COPPA) with IAB GVL ID 1497, a User Identifier Disclosure section and user.ext.eids handling, and an expanded Bid Params table documenting placementId, dealId, eightPodVisitorId, and legacy ORTB override params.
Analytics doc (dev-docs/analytics/eightpod.md): adds a Configuration snippet, clarifies the lowercase eightpod provider code, and adds a Disclosure note describing the bidWon-driven Tealium event forwarding.
