@asmecher Another release is supposed to be posted here with more fixes, which I've contributed to, so perhaps this PR can be closed. Here there are just small, but important fixes for the 3.4 release.
@trp89 Not sure if this is compatible with the 3.5 release, if yes, you might update the PR and include ~3.5.0.0.
