I have made changes to the Uzbek locale name from "ЎзбекЎзбек тили" to "Oʻzbek tili/Ўзбек тили", adding the current Latin script to the locale name along with Cyrillic, although Cyrillic is nowadays less used in Uzbek than Latin. Now, I'd like you to merge this change with my commit and the base .json file, so that it applies this important change globally and adds value to the Uzbek sims. Thank you.
