Holding: CI is failing (not a rebase conflict). API acceptance tests / Acceptance tests (8.3, mariadb:10.6) has a real test failure (42 scenarios: 41 passed, 1 failed → job exit code 2). A rebase won't fix this — needs a human/upstream fix.

All 15 checks are green and this is approved, but the merge is refused: the base branch policy prohibits the merge. Cause is the head commit 42ce599 being unsigned while the branch rulesets (owncloud-default-branch-policy, guests-status-checks) enforce required signatures. A plain rebase rewrites the commit unsigned again, so: @dependabot recreate
