This feature adds the Antora collector dependency which is the next step post the integration of the new helpers.
Post merging, the collector will be configured and tests will be made.
Based on the outcome, additional changes will be added to redefine how Antora accesses the provided files via attributes for the versions. This will be done in one ore more separate PRs.
Needs to be backported to 8.1 and 8.2
