• k8s.io/*: v0.35.0 → v0.36.2
• Go: 1.25.0 → 1.26.0
• controller-runtime: v0.23.1 → v0.24.1
• gogo/protobuf: removed (upstream migration to google.golang.org/protobuf complete)

What changed

This is a pure dependency bump — no source code modifications were needed. The Dockerfile and .ci-operator.yaml were already at Go 1.26 / OCP 5.0 from a prior ART consistency update.
