Collection of tools to create CDI/MDS/MDF images from ISO

Description

This is slightly improved version of img4dc, it contains fix for 64 bit platforms and removed text colorisation from the output.

Clone the repository: git clone https://bitbucket.org/yevgeniy-logachev/img4dc.git
Build the tools:
```
cd <img4dc_directory>
./build.sh
```
