Add StudyAI SEO metadata, sitemap, and social previews

Summary

This PR adds a complete SEO baseline for StudyAI on the custom domain.

• Adds shared SEO utilities for canonical URLs, metadata defaults, keywords, and noindex config
• Updates global app metadata with title templates, Open Graph, Twitter cards, icons, and manifest support
• Adds homepage structured data with WebApplication, Organization, and FAQ JSON-LD
• Adds dynamic Open Graph and Twitter preview image routes
• Adds sitemap and robots routes for search crawler discovery
• Marks dashboard, auth, admin, and private app pages as noindex
• Updates .env.example to match the local dev port

Verification

• Ran pnpm build
• Confirmed generated routes for robots.txt, sitemap.xml, manifest.webmanifest, opengraph-image, and twitter-image
• Confirmed private pages include noindex
