• UPDATES DATABASE with two new metadata fields for storing metadata JSON (one public, one private).
• Display authors on question edit page. Add button for main metadata entry modal.
• Add reactive form for entering metadata in modal. Compact read-only display which toggles to verbose edit display.
• Allow direct editing of JSON and updating in both directions between input fields and JSON.
• Freeform metadata allowed separate to the standard structured metadata with structured inputs.
• Quick 'make me author' button in modal.
• Add Behat/JEST tests.
• Keyboard-only and screen reader tested.
