Branch Master
A implementação foi criada a partir da branch master, pois a branch develop está consideravalmente defasada (develop...mapasculturais:plugin-MultipleLocalAuth:master)

Testes
O plugin não tinha suíte integrada: seu composer.json não depende do core, então Provider extends \MapasCulturais\AuthProvider não era autoloadável. Agora roda na stack do repositório principal, com override que define auth.provider, no padrão de AldirBlanc e MapasBlame.
37 testes: 19 no core (defaults do contrato, endpoint em todos os desfechos, permissão, estado publicado) e 18 no plugin (os três métodos, conteúdo do e-mail, cadastro chamando os métodos extraídos).
