Superseded: we're removing the actions/upload-code-coverage steps from CI. GitHub Code Quality coverage is only available on GitHub Enterprise Cloud/Team (per the 2026-05-26 public-preview changelog's Availability & pricing), so it can't be enabled on this public/free personal repo — the upload 404s and there's no setting to turn it on. The in-CI 85% coverage gate (pnpm -r test:coverage) remains the real protection. See docs/06 field notes.
