Leftover markup from the editor. Name, type and number were still an input, a dropdown and a number input, none of which have been editable in any useful sense since the editor was removed.
They are plain text now. Min, max and the enabled checkbox stay interactive, so you can still narrow what Randomise sends.
createRowbranches on the element rather than assuming an input, and the type is uppercased in CSS rather than needing a lookup for the CC/NRPN labels.
