`gen` added `/.rtldoc/` to the `.gitignore` file of the repository that it documents. A tool that reads a repository must not write in it. `gen` now writes its output directory and nothing else. `rtldoc init` still adds the rule, because a person who runs `init` asks for the setup of the project.
