  • I have read the contributing guideline and understand that I have made the correct modifications

Description:

  • Rebase to Alpine 3.24.
  • Update ffmpeg from 4 (not available on Alpine 3.24) to 7. (Cannot update to ffmpeg 8 due to comskip relying on deprecated/removed ffmpeg struct fields)
  • Use argtable2 from Alpine's package manager rather than building it.

Benefits of this PR and context:

Alpine 3.20 is EOL and therefore won't receive any security updates. These updates improve the security of this image by using software which is currently supported.

How Has This Been Tested?

  • Fully tested on x64 - builds, runs, and is able to tune to TV stations and provide HDHomeRun server emulation to my local Jellyfin server
  • Partially tested on arm64 - build and runs, but since I am using qemu, tuning did not work
