Overview
Updates the pinned Attest build provenance step from
actions/attestv4.1.0 to v4.2.0 inmanual-sdk-release-artifacts.ymlandrelease-please.yml. Each occurrence still passessubject-checksums: checksums.txt; only the action ref changes.The v4.2.0 release notably improves checksum parsing across line endings (relevant for Windows matrix jobs) and adds SHA-2 subject digest support, without changing how these workflows invoke the action.
