Vercel has no equivalent to GitHub Actions' automatic GITHUB_TOKEN, so
pnpm install had no way to authenticate to npm.pkg.github.com for
@keyobs/dx-flow ("authentication token not provided"). installCommand
appends the auth line to .npmrc at build time only, from a
NODE_AUTH_TOKEN Vercel environment variable - never touching the
committed .npmrc, so local installs stay unaffected.
