feat(ccapi): 支援媒體保護評分與旋轉

變更內容

• 依 Canon CCAPI 1.3 PUT /contents/... 契約加入媒體保護、0 至 5 星評分與 0/90/180/270 度旋轉。
• Android、iOS、Desktop Bridge 與瀏覽器 UI 共用動態能力閘門，只有相機公告可寫 contents 時才顯示操作。
• Simulator 支援狀態持久化與讀回驗證；USB/libgphoto2 未有可靠寫入依據時維持 planned/unsupported。
• 更新英文、繁中介面、離線預覽、診斷文件與傳輸功能矩陣。

• Android testDebugUnitTest、lintDebug、assembleDebug
• Android Pixel 6 Pro API 34 AVD：connectedDebugAndroidTest 79/79
• Simulator：34 tests passed
• Desktop Bridge：完整 pytest 通過
• PC 靜態 UI 測試與 Node syntax check 通過
