feat(memory): add Piri round-trip pipeline

Summary

• isolate Piri transcripts and generated bootstrap context per memory audience
• securely snapshot Piri JSONL sessions and route Piri provenance through distill, local, Honcho, and Wiki candidate sinks
• expose Piri memory capabilities and make doctor derive live provider readiness from bridge status
• keep Piri post-compaction reinjection explicitly degraded because RPC 0.83 has no lifecycle hook

Validation

• 352 passed, 139 subtests passed
• audience materializer boundary unit tests passed
• Python compileall, shell syntax, and git diff checks passed

Deployment boundary

No live Piri node was deployed or restarted. Bangtong, Soonwook, Jingun, and Dungae still require fresh operator approval for rollout and restart after merge.
