Stage generations and atomically publish completed metadata so interrupted realization cannot expose incomplete gen-N directories. Propagate corrupt current-generation paths and causes instead of treating invalid state as an empty profile. Repair duplicate repository schema-version rows and enforce uniqueness for future initialization. Add regression coverage for generation publication, malformed current state, diagnostic propagation, and schema repair.
