Rewrite the README from ~960 lines to a tight overview, folding in the 37 commits landed since it was last touched: KB chat playground (/wiki/ask), per-brain configurable embeddings (Titan/Cohere) with in-place re-embed, the npm-workspace monorepo + shared design system, SES transactional emails, Notion recursive page-tree sync, the team-wiki/code-wiki split, and the TypeScript wiki generator with subscription-backed (claude-code/codex) providers. Add shieldcn.dev badges (stars/forks/license/issues group + stack status badges) to the header.
