Add 7 community skills from connerkward (sources.yaml)

Adds Path B external-source entries for seven of my skills (lookdev, deterministic-design, ckw-design, screenstudio-alt, web-media-getter, macos-screen-recorder, lookdev-auto), each pointing at its own MIT repo so updates sync from upstream. Category community, verified false; only sources.yaml is touched.

Thanks for the 7-skill submission, Conner — solid frontend/lookdev/screen-recording cluster. I audited each upstream repo directly. All seven are real, substantive skills (no stubs), licenses confirmed MIT on disk, and no tool-safety concerns. The one consistent blocker across all seven is frontmatter completeness — the marketplace tier requires 8 top-level fields, and each SKILL.md is currently missing several of them.

Per skill, here's what each needs:

• lookdev (SKILL.md, grade C): add missing fields — allowed-tools, version, license, compatibility, tags
• deterministic-design (SKILL.md, grade C): add missing fields — allowed-tools, version, license, compatibility, tags
• ckw-design (SKILL.md, grade C): add missing fields — allowed-tools, version, license, compatibility, tags

• lookdev-auto (SKILL.md, grade C): add missing fields — allowed-tools, version, license, compatibility, tags
