POST /api/v1/auth/refresh/ on Jan3AccountsClient plus _refresh_access_token and _with_refresh_retry on Jan3AccountsManager: any authed call that 401s mints a new access token (refresh_token preserved on disk) and retries once. A second 401, or a 401 from the refresh itself, deletes the local session so a poisoned bearer doesn't keep hitting the backend. Ported from 108-jan3-lightning-addresses so the auth surface ships with a complete contract before LN-feature work lands its first authed caller.
