Configure these once per company before using bank guarantees or letters of credit:

  • Optima Payment Setting β€” create it for the company and fill the Bank Guarantee and Letter of Credit accounts (insurance, bank fees, loss expense).
  • Bank Account β€” set the Providing / Receiving Letter of Credit account fields.
  • Mode of Payment β€” ensure it has an account for the company (required to submit an LC).
  • Confirm a Cost Center and Project exist for the postings.
